Buttercup Squash

Honeynut Squash are super easy to make and even sweeter to eat! Serves 4 and only takes 30 minutes to cook!

Simple Roasted Honeynut Squash

 

Grocery List:

-2 Honeynut Squash, halved and de-seeded

-Olive Oil

-Sea Salt

 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Clean, halve, and remove the seeds from the squash.
  3. Place the squash on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle seasalt
  5. Roast for approximately 25 minutes or until tender

 

OPTIONAL: Add some exciting sweet and savory seasonings before roasting to add additional flavor.

  • Cumin + Chili powder
  • Chopped Rosemary + Garlic
