Honeynut Squash are super easy to make and even sweeter to eat! Serves 4 and only takes 30 minutes to cook!
Simple Roasted Honeynut Squash
Grocery List:
-2 Honeynut Squash, halved and de-seeded
-Olive Oil
-Sea Salt
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Clean, halve, and remove the seeds from the squash.
- Place the squash on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle seasalt
- Roast for approximately 25 minutes or until tender
OPTIONAL: Add some exciting sweet and savory seasonings before roasting to add additional flavor.
- Cumin + Chili powder
- Chopped Rosemary + Garlic
